Luella graduated from King's College London in Electronics and Electrical Engineering in 1988.
She has an MBA (1995) from the International School of Management in Paris, the ENPC (l'Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées).
She trained as a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coach Academy in 2006. The course is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Luella started out her career in 1988 as a software Engineer in the London Financial Investment Markets. She moved to Brussels in 1991 and thereafter worked as an Analyst-Programmer.
On completing her MBA in Paris in 1995, she worked on international marketing projects for one of the leading Smart Card manufacturers in France.
In 2000 she evolved as a Training and Coaching Consultant and became a Certified Situational II Trainer for the Ken Blanchard Companies.
Looking back on past events in her life, Luella smiles when she recalls how elegantly she bounded out of some very sticky situations. Other interesting paths always unfolded.
When training as a Certified Professional Coach in 2006, she understood that the patterns in her life were always perfectly orchestrated.
She then detected the same phenomena in her clients.
In her fifth year as an Independent Professional Coach, Luella successfully guides her clients to architect their perfect patterns.
